About the Outsoar Playbook

Welcome to the Outsoar Playbook!

This site (`playbook.outsoar.ph`) serves as the official internal knowledge base and operational guide for Outsoar. It's designed to be a dynamic, central resource for all authorized personnel.

What is the Purpose of this Playbook?

The primary goal of this Playbook is to document and share our company's standard operating procedures (SOPs), processes, best practices, policies, guidelines, and essential information. It aims to be the single source of truth for how we operate, ensuring clarity, consistency, and efficiency across the organization.

We strive to achieve the following through this Playbook:

  • Consistency: Standardize processes and ensure everyone works from the same information.
  • Efficiency: Provide quick and easy access to needed information, reducing search time and repetitive questions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Capture valuable institutional knowledge and facilitate learning across teams.
  • Onboarding: Help new team members get up to speed quickly on Outsoar's way of working.

Who Should Use This Playbook?

This Playbook is intended for use by all active employees and authorized contractors/partners of Outsoar. Access to certain sections may be restricted based on roles or department needs.

What Kind of Information is Here?

The Playbook covers a wide range of topics critical to our operations. You can expect to find:
